Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise this right, contact us before the expiry of the 14-day period:

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or e-mail).

3. Product returns

After notifying your withdrawal, you must return the products to us within 14 days. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or does not match the order.

4. Refund

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products or proof of shipment. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.

5. Non-refundable products

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, including:

Customized or made-to-measure products
Unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

6. Defective products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at Mohameddial37000@gmail.com with a photo of the product. We will cover return shipping costs and arrange for an exchange or a full refund.
