Upon receipt of your order, we immediately transmit it to our logistics partner for preparation.

International Shipping: 15-25 business days
Our products are shipped from our partner warehouses. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs conditions.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 17-30 business days

🌍 Delivery Zones

We currently deliver to mainland France and throughout Europe. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

📍 Order Tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your package in real-time
  • Carrier information

You can also check the status of your order at any time in your customer account.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your address and the weight of your order. They will be indicated before the final validation of your order.

📦 What if my package does not arrive?

We will do our best to locate your package or offer you a suitable solution (reshipment or refund).

🔄 Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days after receipt to return a product that does not suit you. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and unopened.
