General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Aba Champion

Article 1 - Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of beauty and care products offered by Aba Champion on the website jtxkwh-2c.myshopify.com.

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 - Products

The products offered are those featured on the website on the day of consultation by the customer. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but do not bind Aba Champion.

Article 3 - Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). Aba Champion reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

Delivery fees are indicated before the final validation of the order.

Article 4 - Order

The customer places an online order by following the process below:

Product selection
Cart validation
Identification or account creation
Choice of delivery method
Choice of payment method
Final validation of the order

The sale is considered final after the order confirmation is sent to the customer by email and after payment has been received.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via Shopify Payments. Payment is secure.

Accepted cards are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Article 6 - Delivery

Delivery times: 15-30 working days from the validation of the order.

Delivery zones: Metropolitan France and Europe.

Delivery fees: Calculated based on the destination and weight of the order.

In case of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days, the customer may cancel their order and receive a refund.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened.

Article 8 - Guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 9 - Liability

Aba Champion cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption, or total or partial strike of postal or transport services.

Article 10 - Personal data

The personal data collected is necessary for processing your order. It is intended for Aba Champion and will under no circumstances be transferred to third parties.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 - Mediation

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute, the customer may freely resort to a consumer mediator for an amicable resolution of the dispute.
